Become a Géoportail member
Membership of Géoportail is for public services and institutions, regional authorities and other national organisations. It is a free service embodied in an agreement with the DGME.
As long as regulations defined by Géoportail‘s editorial team are respected, members can reference, publish or modify their data sources in the Géocatalogue, using a specific internet interface accessible with secure authentication.
The Géocatalogue also enables members to access data in the Géocatalogue via other websites, carry out searches and use the search results.
Géoportail services (database viewing, co-viewing with another member’s data, research, cataloguing etc.) are free to use, in accordance with the Géoportail guidelines.
